Courtney Cheng

Associate Psychotherapist, Virtual & In-person
Adults, Couples & Children 10+

I believe that a strong relationship between my client and me is at the core of therapy. This relationship is one based upon authenticity, collaboration, and respect. I am here to create a safe space to show up as you are in the moment, without feeling any pressure to appear as anyone but who you are.

Since 2020, I have provided client-tailored therapeutic services to individuals across the gender spectrum. In my practice, I view my clients from a Psychodynamic lens, while also including concepts from Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy, and Mindfulness. My hope is that my clients come out of therapy with a deeper understanding of their internal states and a more compassionate relationship with themselves."
