Life as a Living Canvas

I have always navigated life like an artist — with passion, curiosity, and openness to explore. As a second-generation Asian American, however, I navigated my early years from a traditional path to then embarking on the well-traveled, non-linear path. Not every journey moves in a straight line, and the most meaningful ones rarely do. It is in the detours, the unexpected terrain, the storms that reshape the landscape, where we often find what we were looking for all along.

From corporate roles in fashion buying and supply chain to social impact-focused business consulting, I have landed to where I find myself most fulfilled —  connecting with others, learning about their unique, lived experiences, and supporting them in the various paths of their life journeys.

As an experiential therapist working through traditional talk therapy, expressive arts, ecotherapy, and somatic practice, I bring that same creative spirit into the work I do with others — believing that self-expression, continuous learning, and a willingness to feel your way forward are not just tools for healing, but a way of being fully alive.

The terrain of a fulfilling life asks you to stay open and curious — through heartbreak, inner conflict, loss and grief, anxiety, depression, disability, and/or the weight of stories inherited long before you were old enough to choose them. Whatever has brought you here, we begin not with a destination, but with what's already within you: your body, your imagination, your breath, and the living world around you.

The goal is not to arrive somewhere perfect — it is to fall in love with the process of becoming.

I walk alongside you as a fellow traveler and creative collaborator, someone who knows firsthand that the richest paths are often the ones least mapped. Together we learn to trust your inner compass again, to move through life's hardest passages with more openness and steadiness — and to discover that a life of genuine fulfilment is not found at the end of the road. It is made, slowly and beautifully, in every step along the way.
