What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is meant to support you as the client as well as honor the stability of our Practice. Consistent weekly or bi-weekly times provide the foundation for rapport-building and progressive, introspective work so we encourage you to reschedule (availability-dependent) where possible. Instead of a "download," we are able to continue to peel back the layers of the onion, so to speak. The cancellation policy is also designed to support our ability to continue to provide you with optimal services by supporting our clinicians towards a stable schedule and semi-predictable income.

Weekly clients: Please cancel 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. If cancellations occur within 48 hours, you will be charged the full fee of your session. If you are available for a reschedule, your clinician will make every effort to reschedule you for the same week (availability-dependent).

Bi-weekly clients: Because bi-weekly cancellations mean that a clinician and client may have a month or more pass by, we do not offer cancellations for clients who have a standing bi-weekly appointment. However; the client has the flexibility over the course of two weeks or until their next scheduled session to reschedule (availability-dependent). If rescheduling is not possible, the client will be charged the full fee.
Do you accept insurance?
We are not associated with any insurance carrier, at this time. However, we do offer a monthly Superbill to clients who have
out of network coverage. Please check with your insurance provider about your coverage and reimbursement details.
How do you handle privacy and confidentiality?
All aspects of your treatment are confidential within the practice. Important exceptions include if there is risk that you might
do harm to yourself or someone else. we are mandated reporters for the abuse of protected populations, including
children, elderly and incapacitated adults.
