I am so glad you’re here.

Taking the first step toward healing can feel daunting. Perhaps you feel misunderstood by those around you, or have grown accustomed to facing life’s challenges on your own. Whatever you might be carrying, I want you to know you don’t have to navigate it alone. I am honored to walk

alongside you as you step out of your comfort zone and embark on a journey of growth, self-discovery, and healing.

Born and raised in the vibrant city of San Francisco, I’ve had the privilege of experiencing a wide range of cultures throughout my life in the Bay Area and on the East Coast. As a child of immigrants, I understand the complex challenges of navigating contrasting values, expectations, and identities–all while feeling caught between different worlds. My own journey of reconciling these differences and experiences has deepened my empathy and passion for helping others find clarity, self-acceptance, and peace in their own stories.

Trauma often lives in the body, showing up as feelings of disconnection, pain, or a sense of unsafety. I’ve come to learn that trauma is not only the result of major events but also of smaller, repetitive ruptures in connection—messages that make us believe it’s not safe to have needs,

take up space, or seek support. These experiences can leave us feeling stuck and disconnected from ourselves.

In our work together, we will gently tune into your body’s wisdom.

We will rebuild a sense of safety and trust within yourself. By listening to your body’s cues and exploring the narratives that no longer serve you, we’ll uncover and heal the parts of yourself that may feel overlooked or

abandoned. Through this process, you can release what no longer serves you, reclaim your sense of empowerment and agency, and move toward alignment with who you truly are.

I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can show up as your authentic self

Together, we’ll unpack the cultural values, societal norms, and personal experiences that have shaped your beliefs and behaviors, helping you view yourself through a more compassionate lens. My goal is to help you embrace and make peace with all parts of yourself, including those you may feel ashamed of or have tried to hide. Because every person’s journey is unique, I tailor my approach to honor your individual strengths and needs. My practice is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic psychotherapy. Together, we will use curiosity, compassion, and even laughter to create a collaborative space for healing, growth, and self-discovery.

Whether you’re taking your first tentative steps, or continuing along your path toward healing, I am honored to support you every step of the way as you explore, grieve, celebrate, and grow.
